Fidens Studios provides a platform for both production companies to book space, and landlords (and operators) to list their facilities. The fidens studios team either act as an agent on behalf of landlords, taking a fee on a premium rent. Or operate our own studio facilities, subletting to production companies on more flexible terms.

Fidens Studios represents many facilities on an agency basis, but currently lets out 290,000 sq ft of alternative studio space to large US Studios. We are actively looking for more long leasehold and freehold opportunities in Greater London and the South East.

Many productions using Fidens Studios also require the services provided by our group agencies Locations London (location services) and District (Production offices).

Additional fit out and support services are provided to production companies taking space from us. This support includes:

  • Asbestos Removal or Encapsulation

  • Rigging

  • Sound Proofing

  • Temporary Structure
